Idea generation for a luxury generation.

American Express was planning to relaunch its travel insurance offerings, targeting high-income, luxury-focused travellers. The concepts needed a refined, premium creative approach across digital channels to align with AMEX’s brand and appeal to its discerning audience.

I was tasked with creating a suite of visually elevated design concepts and assets for web and social media, ensuring consistency across touchpoints and enhancing campaign appeal.

Collaborating closely with a copywriter, I developed a range of digital visuals tailored to AMEX’s luxury audience, including social graphics and website banners. I also contributed concept work for potential print applications and updates to the AMEX website, aligning messaging and visuals across platforms. This project built on my broader involvement with AMEX, where I regularly designed campaign assets including email templates and digital banners that upheld the brand’s premium image while driving user engagement.

The work supported a successful repositioning of AMEX’s travel insurance offer, reinforcing brand credibility with high-value customers and providing a cohesive visual foundation for the relaunch across digital channels. The concepts were presented as part of a wider investigation into the brands creative offering and were received with enthusiasm which lead to the campaigns going ahead into production.
