Face Off Friday
I led the visual identity for Dentsu’s internal Earth Day 2022 campaign, creating a cohesive suite of digital assets that encouraged employee participation and promoted sustainable digital habits.

Designing for Impact
Dentsu ran an internal sustainability initiative, “Face Off Friday” for Earth Day 2022, focused on promoting digital mindfulness and energy reduction. They needed a strong visual identity to unify the campaign and drive engagement across the organisation and promote turning off your camera whilst working remotely to reduce carbon output.
I was tasked with concepting and producing a complete visual suite for the campaign, from logo design to employee-facing digital assets, ensuring all outputs were on-brand and thematically aligned with sustainability and reduced digital consumption.
I led the design and execution of the Earth Day 2022 logo, capturing the essence of sustainability through simple, clean design. I developed a full visual toolkit including custom Teams profile pictures, promotional images, email footers, and icons. Every asset was designed to work cohesively together, promoting awareness while reinforcing Dentsu’s internal brand. I ensured all visuals were accessible, scalable, and aligned with the campaign’s environmental message.
The campaign visuals successfully engaged staff across departments, increasing participation in the “Face Off Friday” initiative by turning off your camera for meetings throughout the day. The design work helped unify messaging and made the campaign more visible and memorable, supporting Dentsu’s sustainability objectives in a compelling, brand-consistent way.
