Driving NHS Recruitment with High-Impact Digital Assets
To support Essex NHS’s relocation campaign, I designed a suite of animated digital assets, emails and merchandise that promoted the region’s job opportunities, driving engagement and broadening reach across web and social platforms.

The NHS in Essex launched a relocation incentive campaign to attract healthcare professionals to the region. To support this initiative, they needed a suite of engaging digital assets to raise awareness and encourage applications.
I was responsible for designing visually impactful and technically optimised digital assets for use across websites and social media platforms, all within strict NHS media specifications.
I created a range of animated banners and assets tailored for social media, ensuring each piece conveyed the campaign’s key messages clearly and effectively. I also created responsive emails to support the campaign and keyring merchandise concepts for insensitive purposes. I adhered to rigorous file size and format guidelines to guarantee fast load times and platform compatibility. My design approach balanced professionalism with warmth, highlighting the benefits of relocating to Essex while aligning with the NHS’s trusted brand identity.
The digital assets significantly enhanced the visibility of the relocation programme, helping to attract a broader pool of qualified healthcare professionals. The campaign’s creative execution contributed to stronger engagement across digital channels and supported the NHS’s wider recruitment goals.
